RIVE Private Investment announces the appointment of Philippe Taillardat as Head of Investor Relations to accelerate its development with institutional investors.
Philippe has significant experience in real asset investment and business development with international institutional investors, which he has further leveraged with an international clientele since 2018 at Oaksley Conseil as Founding Partner.
Previously, Philippe co-headed the European direct infrastructure team at First Sentier Investors (formerly First State Investments) and was a member of its management committee, specifically responsible for fund management and investor relations. During his time with FSI, he was instrumental in a tenfold increase in assets under management, from €400 million to €4 billion, with international institutional clients, and contributed to their deployment in quality European infrastructure assets.
Prior to this, Philippe was responsible for Amundi Private Equity Funds’ infrastructure multi-management from its inception, and also held various positions in asset and project finance at Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Suisse and BNPP.
Philippe holds an International MBA from EM Lyon and a MS in mechanical engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
Yann Thomas, Managing Partner at RIVE Private Investment, said: “We are delighted to welcome Philippe to RIVE Private Investment. His considerable investment experience is a great asset to continue developing the ongoing dialogue and relationship we have with institutional investors and meeting their investment needs in real asset strategies”.
