RIVE Private Investment unveils its 2023 Sustainability Report

Paris, July 23, 2024. RIVE Private Investment (“RIVE”) is proud to unveil its 2023 Sustainability Report. This report presents an overview of our sustainability commitments and initiatives, after more than a decade of investing in renewable energy infrastructures and critical transportation assets.

As a positive social or environmental impact-driven investor, RIVE focuses on essential assets in the energy transition and transportation sectors, aiming to create sustainable value. RIVE integrates ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria along all its investment processes, with a particular focus on decarbonisation and social strategies.

In 2023, RIVE launched its new fund dedicated to energy transition (RIIF), classified as Article 9 under the SFDR and 75% aligned with the EU Taxonomy. The teams continue to invest in critical transportation assets via the RTAIF fund, further developing rail leasing to support the modal shift from road to rail.

« We make it our responsibility to use our investors’ funds at the service of activities that create sustainable value for as many people as possible. We support entrepreneurs and partners as they move towards increasingly sustainable and resilient businesses. » – Etienne Mouthon & Yann Thomas, Managing Partners
